In my opinion, strategy is just, strategy. If its legitimate, so be it. Is there a difference if one rows slower in the beginning, middle or end?

Some take enhancers, some warm up more. Does that make one less of a sportsman/woman when he/she wants that advantage?

Given the performance was not subtle. But no need to conflate strategy with lack of sportsmanship.

At the end of the day, the issue of "sportsmanship" is a gray area that is up to one own to figure out. Some laughed, some condemned, others shrugged it off. Lets not mix one own's judgments with others' emotions.

And its one thing to celebrate one's victory. Its another to gloat about it. Same for the reverse. Its one thing to accept defeat. Its another to wallow in it.

We've all been there before: the hotheadness of winning and the ego-bashing of losing. So lets move along now.

Congrats to the victors. And to the defeated, bounce back.
