As you guys know, I am interning at the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports. Its located at the SLF building at Toa Payoh. Its a pretty old building that extends vertically on top of a hill, so some of the view outside, more than makes up for the drab atmosphere of the office.
The view of the city scape was expansive, and contrasted with the nature of white clouds and blue skies. I love it.
And because it was christmas, my colleagues were giving out small presents for everyone in the office! I got a small dog soft toy (that wont stick to the cubicle walls), a phone sock (thats too small for my phones) and cheesecake (of which its whipped cream melted into sludge but delicious all the same).
Work is work. boring and interesting at the same time! Beginning to finally get used to some of the routine, but it is two more weeks before school begins again and im not doing my prepatory work. argh.
